Role of Resource-based View in Predicting ERP Perceived Value: Higher Education Perceptions

Higher education institutions (HEIs) nowadays focus on using strategic information systems as part of their digital strategy. An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system can help HEIs manage resources and operations effectively to meet this challenge. Based reviews, study conceptualises the influential ERP factors into resource-capability configuration. A preliminary among 40 in Egypt was carried out for Egyptian explore perception asa new integrating tool value advantage. The results revealed that a high percentage had not yet adopted these systems, despite positive attitude towards systems. They are still at developing level because have been adopted. This also helps advance concepts provides practical verification context higher education. Finally, research guide understand system's necessity proposing them adopt competitiveness.
